Schedule: Full-Time, Year Round; This position is primarily an afternoon shift which is from 3pm – 11:30pm, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and random inspections of property and grounds to prevent theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents.
- Supervise and respond to emergency and alarm systems.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports and incident documentation.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities; gather witness statements and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Provide outstanding guest service—answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with deliveries.
- Patrol the resort’s interior and perimeter to identify potential safety or security risks.
- Administer basic first aid and CPR when vital.
- Support team operations and assist colleagues as needed.

- Ability to patrol the property for 8-9 hours at a time
- Valid driver’s license

- Have full and open availability and can work any shift including weekends and holidays.
- Must have previous computer experience and excellent verbal and written social skills to write incident reports
It would be effective in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Prior security experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
- Military or law enforcement background
- Current First Aid/CPR certifications
