The Sales Manager In House with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for assisting Sales Executives with sales presentation strategy, guest questions and sales closing process.

As a Sales Manager In House, you will be responsible for:
- Support the management team in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Partner with Sales Executives to present timeshare product to Owners
- Provide mentoring to Sales Executives as directed by Sales Management
- Motivate, coach, challenge and assist the sales team in closing vacation package sales to qualified guests
- Assist in the development of training programs for new hires as well as existing staff members to increase production levels
- Develop and deliver production-oriented training programs for new and existing sales team members
- Perform all other reasonable tasks as requested by Sales Management
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ front-to-back experience within timeshare sales.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
- Proven track record of success in timeshare sales
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Able to acquire a State of Hawaii Real Estate License
- High school diploma or equivalent.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous T.O. sales closing or sales management experience.
- Valid State of Hawaii Real Estate License.
