What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to welcome point for guests and owners checking in for presentations
- Coordinate and assign Sales Executives to ensure a smooth, organized flow
- Keep daily rotations updated and running seamlessly
- Answer calls and connect guests with the right team members quickly
- Help curate a great guest experience by keeping the space stocked and ready
- Coordinate transportation logistics for guests attending presentations
- Support the team with day-to-day operations in a fast-moving environment
What You’ll Bring:
- A positive attitude and confidence working with people face-to-face
- Customer service or guest-facing experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
- High school diploma or equivalent
