ダイレクトマーケティングのカスタマーケアコーディネーターとして、H.I.L.T.O.N.バリューを実践のもと、ブランドの品位を保ちつつ、下記職務を高い水準にて実行していただきます。

また、当社の販売説明会に参加していただくお客様や、ホテル宿泊プランをお持ちのお客様のエンゲージメントを高めることで、タイムシェアの販売説明会のShow-Up率を最大化することがミッションです。ダイレクトマーケティングチームの一員として、セールス＆マーケティングのパフォーマンスの最適化および業務改善にフォーカスしていただきます。

カスタマーケアの業務内容

  • VIP プログラム (Vacation Introductory Program) のアクティベーション、販売説明会の予約管理、フルフィルメント

  • 日本およびハワイ宿泊プラン (WGパッケージ、ハワイパッケージ) のアクティベーション、販売説明会の予約管理、フルフィルメント

  • HVC (Hawaii Vacation Certificate) のアクティベーション、販売説明会の予約管理、フルフィルメント

  • ヒルトンホテルの予約、キャンセル、リスケジュール対応

  • HGVリゾートの予約、キャンセル、リスケジュール対応

  • プログラムのアクティベーションにおけるカード決済、プログラム購入におけるカードローン残高の確認、督促

  • 日本およびハワイの販売説明会に関する問合せ、キャンセル/リスケジュール対応

  • その他、お客様からの問合せ対応

  • KOR マーケット対応

 

職務における特定の義務と責任の範囲

  • 電話対応 (受信・発信)

  • Eメール対応

  • データ入力 (Salesforce, VOICE, エクセルなどの同時操作)

  • カード決済、カードローンの残高確認

  • お客様およびオーナー様とのEメール対応

  • 苦情対応

  • 上司への報連相
