As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for performing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards
- Coordinate staff schedules according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees
- Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk
- Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met
- Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happiness
- Displays professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and conduct
- Ensures hotel complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA
- Maintain compliance with both company policies and procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments
In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:
- CPR/First Aid
- 2+ years of Supervisory experience
- Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality industry
- Bilingual
