This is an internship specifically for UCF students.
As an HGV Intern, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Learn the processes and procedures for their designated business unit.
- Shadow multiple areas within Resort Operations
- Co-facilitate development programs as appropriate
- Partner with business leaders to schedule all aspects of training delivery (both instructor led and virtual) as needed
- Assist in the discovery and design of identified development programs
- Assist in the compilation and presentation of program data
- Gain working knowledge of the Oracle LMS
- Attend a Sales Presentation and gain an understanding of the overall sales process
- Prepare a final report outlining work on assigned projects to a panel of senior leaders at the end of the program.
- Attend multiple development opportunities (both in-person and virtual) as outlined in the program.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Always model the Hilton Grand Vacations Values when interacting with guests both internal and external.
- Strong computer skills and skilled with Microsoft Office Product Suite.

- High School Diploma
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environments
