The Night Auditor position at Cedar Breaks Resort in Brian Head, UT is responsible for supervising the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the resort continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. As well as being an overnight guest service agent.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Perform nightly audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions; identify and resolve discrepancies and produce audit reports.
- Ensure all charges are accurately posted to guest folios and master accounts with proper supporting documentation.
- Reconcile charges to the general ledger; prepare backup files and close the business day in the reservation system.
- Compile and file daily revenue, housekeeping, and departure reports.
- Manage cash funds, deposits, and shift close‑out accurately.
- Process advance reservation deposits and log all funds received.
- Perform overnight front desk operations including guest check‑in, check‑out, and cashiering.
- Deliver exceptional service while assisting guests and owners with requests and concerns.
- Support front office and resort operations as needed (phones, bell services, departmental assistance).
- Escalate unresolved guest or owner issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members and complete additional duties as assigned.
Schedule Details:
- PT Night Audit Relief shifts 11:00pm-7:00am Saturdays and Sundays.

- 3-5 years of related experience
