A Sr. Analyst in Development and Real Estate Partnerships compiles and evaluates complex data from multiple sources to monitor Hilton Grand Vacation’s performance in relation to Fee for Service, Development, and other related projects. The Sr. Analyst will produce on-going and ad-hoc reports as needed.

Position Summary:
-
Leverage a high proficiency in excel to measure and track asset performance, generate reports, and provide ad hoc analyses.

Build new tools and enhance existing tools and capabilities to forecast future performance and profitability of projects.

Develop economic models to support strategies and to maximize results.
-
Partner with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Club, Technology, Human Resources, Legal and Finance to track performance results.

Develop, populate, and monitor compliance tests for asset light deals, update tools and dashboards to monitor and/or audit for compliance, as required.

Compile reporting packages including, but not limited to, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive packages.

Assist with business review meetings and write summaries as requested.

Assist in the management of posts and the communication of key information via Hilton Grand Vacations platforms.

Required Qualifications:

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Ability to analyze complex data.

Ability to develop ad hoc financial reports.
- Ability to learn and utilize new and expanding tools, including AI and AI backed programs.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and to collaborate with constituents on team-based tasks.

Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.

Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written form.
In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:
- Experience in the Vacation Ownership/Timeshare industry.
