The Business Manager role will oversee planning, reporting, and analysis for all Hilton Grand Vacations entities within Mexico. Additionally, the Business Manager will ensure that financial data is accurately reported for these entities. They will also oversee all financial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Furthermore, a commitment to our Spirit of Service culture is expected from our team members and should be displayed towards our guests at all times.

Required Qualifications:

2-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Experience as a Financial Director in Timeshare is a must)
- Education AA/AS/Bachelor’s Degree
- Years of related experience 3-5
- Years of management or supervisory experience 2+
- Management or supervisory experience type Managerial
- Fluent in Spanish and English
