As a Breakfast Chef, your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and cook breakfast items to the highest standards, ensuring flawless presentation and taste.
- Manage kitchen operations during breakfast service, maintaining a strictly organized and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth execution of breakfast service.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed to ensure all ingredients are available.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and special dietary requests with integrity and care.
- Support preparation of dishes for other services

- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

- Can successfully implement new recipes and kitchen processes.
- Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Hold relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.
