What You’ll Do
As a Senior Sales Manager, Action Line, you will:

Lead and inspire a team of Sales Managers, TO Managers, and Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Drive overall sales productivity, profitability, and net sales volume through effective leadership and execution.

Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop top-performing sales talent.

Create and maintain a positive, high-energy sales culture focused on performance, recognition, accountability, and professional growth.

Monitor sales activity, analyze key performance metrics, and implement strategic action plans to maximize results.

Ensure consistent execution of Hilton Grand Vacations sales processes, customer engagement standards, and compliance requirements.

Partner closely with senior leadership to execute business strategies and achieve organizational objectives.

Reinforce exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales presentation and closing process.

Identify opportunities to improve team performance through ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development.
