A Specialist, Systems Optimization is responsible for maintaining content within all digital platforms while testing and optimizing functionality, providing Club Members and Owners the highest user experience. This role is also responsible for troubleshooting of website and systems issues and contributes to the overall improvement of internal (Club Team Members) and external (Club Members and Owners) customer experience and satisfaction. Additionally, this role supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all Club applications, ensuring enhancements and releases meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Edits and maintains content for all Club digital platforms, performing pre- and post-quality control review of digital content, by applying established standards.
- Maintains subject matter expertise in all Club programs and systems. Assures process documentation (SOP) and maintains library of such documentation
- Performs thorough user acceptance testing on all Club supported platforms including (but not exclusive to): websites, mobile apps, VOICE, Clarity, AS400, TSW, CXone. Produces documentation of issues encountered. Communicates with project owner expected functionality behavior.
- Assists with management of Club’s help desk (Club Tickets). Performs triage, troubleshooting and analysis of issues and failures reported by team members to determine if the issue is a defect, enhancement, or user-error.

- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Great communication skills both verbally and in written form
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision
- Must be able to collaborate with others on team-based tasks
- Experience with hospitality or vacation ownership
