電話によるオーナーサービスを担当します。対人・接客において高いスキルを有している事、お客様に失礼の無い礼儀正しい言葉遣いができることが求められます。英語を流暢に読み書き話すスキルが必要です。
Required Qualifications
•インバウンドコールセンターでの最低2年以上のプロフェッショナルカスタマーサービス経験。
•優れたコミュニケーションスキル。
•自己動機付け、問題解決スキル。
•自発的に学び、積極的に物事に取り組む姿勢のある人。
•環境の変化に適応するスキル。
•バイリンガル日本語/英語。
