As a Lead Marketing Guest Experience Representative, you will lead face-to-face guest contact by approaching our hotel guests, qualify leads, and using our marketing incentives to assist you in booking guests on appointments to preview vacation ownership opportunities with our sales gallery.
This position will have production goals, in addition to leadership responsibility.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Work with In House team to build and coordinate ongoing training
- Implement and maintain tools used to improve efficiency for marketing coordinators such as gifting, text option activation, etc.
- Help Team meet and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for tour flow, volume, penetration, VPG, and POS Sales
- Visit all locations and perform MOD on the floor responsibilities as scheduled
- Provide feedback to management for mentoring to marketing coordinators.
- Actively pursues In-House Marketing opportunities that will increase In-House Marketing tour flow and bounce back package sale opportunities.
- Coordinates daily shifts for Marketing Executives and Greeters.
- Carries out all reasonable requests by the management of which the employee is capable of performing.
- Ability to cover shifts for absent team members including interacting with guests and booking of tours.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within House Marketing.
- Working knowledge of marketing performance levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule primarily includes evening shifts.
- Ability to walk/stand for an 8-hour shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Minimum of two years of related management or supervisory experience:
- Over three years of related work experience in timeshare marketing.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
