The Receptionist greets visitors, customers and guests in the reception area. Duties also include answering, screening and directing incoming calls and performing light office work as needs required.
Maintain front office and lobby areas to sure a professional image.
Answers multiple phone lines and directs.
Welcome guests and ensure registration.
Maintain refreshment options and offer beverages to guests and ensures office supplies and equipment are maintained.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45am – 4:15pm

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Prior Reception or front desk in a hotel or resort experience preferred
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- You have an outgoing personality and excellent service orientation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
