Meet and exceed goals for production including but not limited to HPP, Pitch & Closing %, Revenue Collection,
Total Package Sales, etc.
Assist Director of Marketing in the management of weekly lead loads/distribution; monitor daily lead reports and
adjust agent campaign assignment as needed.
Work closely with Director to monitor labor costs and ensure call center efficiencies meet budgeting requirements
and minimum standards.
Provide assistance to associates when questions or issues arise; takeover/cap calls as “MOD” when a supervisor
or team lead is not available; resolve escalated sales and customer service issues as needed.
Participate and lead daily shift meetings and set daily shift goals; hold meetings with Supervisors and Team
Leads as needed.
Work with Supervisors to resolve associate issues (performance, conduct, scheduling, etc.); effectively document
and communicate all issues/conversations to the Director and Admin team.
Review and approve shift schedules as prepared by Supervisors to ensure proper sales coverage for all hours of
operation, including weekend; this includes supervisor/lead coverage on weekend shifts which could result in an
occasional 6-day work week as needed.
Monitor inbound/outbound calls via dialer and phone system including in-dial queues and reporting on campaign
and agent stats in real time.
Work close with the Supervisors, Team Leads and Admin/QA team to reconcile and address any Quality
Assurance issues involving package sales, verification recordings and data entry.
Work close with Director to create and implement reward/recognition programs to encourage employee longevity
and increase moral.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of sales management experience is strongly preferred; timeshare and/or previous experience in Sales or Marketing environment
- Proficient with MS Office; internal systems such as Concierge and AS400
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills; strong strategic thinking, strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with customers
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability work in a fast-paced environment
