The Supervisor, Call Transfer Vacation Sales oversees and provides leadership to their Call Transfer vacation sales team
and supports the Call Transfer department. The Supervisor’s sales team will take inbound calls that are transferred from
various sources to promote the company’s products; explain available vacation offers, qualifications, sales terms; and
answer all client questions appropriately and effectively in an attempt to sell vacations. The Supervisor will ensure that all
clients purchasing and sales process expectations are met and/or exceeded. Position is in charge of overseeing the daily
operations of their sales team; such as training, monitoring, coaching, counseling, call walking and working with senior
management. Will also work closely with the leaders of all other departments to achieve company goals. Focus will be
on sales conversion percentage by utilizing sales training and putting an emphasis on sales techniques and job
knowledge to exceed minimum standards. Ensure all team and department members adhere to company standards and
are professional and courteous at all times.
Supervisor the daily operations of the Call Transfer Division while maximizing vacation sales and call conversion
percentage
Train, monitor, counsel, and motivate agents while tracking attendance, schedule adherence and sales
performance
Develop and implement creative training methods to assure your team consistently exceeds performance
standards
Implement impromptu training sessions during times of low call volume to strengthen the sales agents.
Give direction to Team Leads and implement a daily game plan to the success of your team.
Review/generate reports daily and weekly team stats for agents, dialer stats on performance of associates with
an emphasis on work rules, policies, procedure, behavioral competencies and minimum standards.
Ensure that conversion percentage exceeds minimum standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year call center supervisory experience, call transfer and/or timeshare knowledge a plus. At least 2 years’ experience in sales
- Strategic management, negotiation, management, excellent communication skills, productivity and performance management techniques. Budget experience, as well as quality management, strategic customer relationship.
MS Office suite. - Very strong sales technique, competency, strategic thinking, business oriented, results oriented, decision maker, self-directed and self-starter, assertive, creative, strong analysis, evaluation, and planning capabilities. Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills to negotiate and obtain desired results, as well as to coach associates, present, and interact with all levels of management and vendors.
