Qualifications and Responsibilities
Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering outstanding customer service
Demonstrate self-motivation with a “One Team” mentality, capable of working both independently and within a team with key partners across the organization.
Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays
Possess sales experience and hold an active Real Estate License
