The Beverage Cart Attendant performs duties and maintains a clean, professional work area at all times to assure our guests receive the highest standards of quality of beverage, food and service. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to patrons in the designated bar area while following drink recipe standards. Commitment and dedication to our Inspired Hospitality culture is expected to be displayed towards members, owners, guests and team members at all times.

Responsibilities include:
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests while following proper sequence of service.
- Excel at multi-tasking.
- Accurately prepare cocktails for guest per their order.
- Deliver correct food orders to guests.
- Knowledge of spirits and other prepared beverages. Serve other cold beverages such as wine, beer, and sodas.
- Collect payment for food & beverage following proper Cashier procedures.
- Set up bar area with supplies needed such as ice, slice and put fruit garnishing drinks, etc.
- Knowledge of POS system and shift reports.
- Place bottle goods and glasses to make an attractive display. All bottles are placed according to specs.
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standards cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards.
- Stock and maintain beverage cart with necessary supplies to serve members, owners and guest on the golf course.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspection of the beverage cart and report any findings to management.
- Maintain compliance with all required food handling, cleanliness and disinfection standards with both company policies and local health department guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain compliance with both company policies and procedures and TIPS regulations when serving alcohol to members, owners, and guests.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for:
- 1-3 years related experience
- 2 years+ of receptionist and/or people service work experience
- Excellent people and telephone skills, basic knowledge of office equipment, detail oriented, organized, team player, exercise good judgment
- Ability to provide clerical assistance, scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, processing FedEx, USPS, UPS shipping and deliveries
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- TIP & Serv Safe Certifications Required
