As the Maintenance Technician III, you will be responsible for performing general facility maintenance to include basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, painting and mechanical repairs.

Schedule Details:
Our facilities Department operates 7 days per week. Maintenance Team Members at The Point at Poipu work varying shifts; 7:00am – 3:00pm, 8:00am – 4:00pm, and 2:00pm -10:00pm.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Operate all resort and physical plant systems and associated equipment; visually inspect and test machinery & equipment and dismantle defective machines & equipment and install new components.
- Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment, to include refurbishing and remodeling rooms, and fabricating and repairing counters, benches, partitions and other wooden structures.
- Perform repairs and/or replaces all types of equipment; to include boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans and air conditioning, gauges, valves, pressure regulators and related equipment.
- Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers & wiring and electrical & electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures and tools. - Respond to and resolve any guest complaints or service calls that may occur.
- Conduct accurate building rounds, maintain records, and assist in all other tasks as assigned by management.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 2 years of facilities maintenance related experience.
- General knowledge of engineering methods, practices and techniques.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous experience in the hospitality or timeshare industry.
- EPA HVAC certified.
- CPO (certified pool operator).
