Funding Coordinator $18/hr

As a member of the team you review documents of owners who finance their purchase. You audit documents for pledge availability to ensure it meets the proper requirements before pledging to an Investor for Funding! You even handle collateral between Hilton Grand Vacations and Custodian.
Additional Responsibilities Include:

Perform review of contracts to ensure contract completeness.

Verify of all financial terms to ensure eligibility for funding pledge.

Redact any personal identifiable information or bank/cc information when processing files for internal audit.

Issue identification for any contracts missing documents or having incorrect contract information

Detail important issue findings into our system
-
Resolve any contract issues not requiring owner communication.

Maintain the flow of collateral between HGV and Custodian (New files being pledged or ineligible files that need to be returned back).

Generate and validate Loans paid in full report in order to process, execute and file the necessary Satisfaction of Mortgage in public records.

Mail Paid in full letters and documents to Borrowers once the satisfaction of mortgage is recorded in public records.

Generate and confirm reports to be distributed to our Developers and Lenders which affect their funding availability.
Compensation: $18/hr
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma
-
Experience in administrative role with ability to prioritize and remain organized

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel

Detail Oriented and strong communication both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:

Notary Public
-
Knowledge of documents required for timeshare closing

Access Database experience
