The Communications Team is responsible for protecting and enhancing the reputation of Hilton Grand Vacations, as well as increasing awareness, information, and engagement levels among target audiences. The Senior Communications Specialist plays an integral part in the Internal Communications Department, which is responsible for global communications to more than 8,200 Team Members. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, takes initiative, and has excellent writing and editing skills.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Support the development and execution of corporate-wide internal communications programs and initiatives.
Proactively contribute to and maintain the internal communications editorial calendar and production schedules.
Research, write, and edit a wide range of internal communications materials – including but not limited to email announcements, intranet articles, and electronic bulletin board slides.
Create high quality, compelling content.
Recommend timing and audience for message deployment.
Plan and post content to support the intranet and electronic bulletin boards.
Serve as a proactive communication partner for Diversity and Inclusion Council and Team Member Resource Groups.
Support the planning and execution of internal events.
Use metrics, data, and related insights to help drive internal communications activities and programs to determine effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.

3+ years communications experience
Strong understanding of internal communications
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong writing and editing skills
AP Style proficient
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, or Business
5+ years of communications experience within a corporate environment
Experience managing a corporate intranet
Hospitality or Timeshare experience
Experience in SharePoint
