The Senior Director of PMO Customer Enablement is responsible for the planning, tracking, reporting/communication, business change management, value realization, and successful execution and adoption of key projects across the HGV organization.
Responsibilities include:
- The Senior Director will work to closely with product owners to drive projects and business organizational change through to completion.
- Partner with key customers across the business to plan, develop, integrate, and implement strategic sales initiatives.
- Provide Executive dashboard on all projects, timelines, and barriers on a biweekly basis.
- Create, prioritize, and manage project intake form submissions, evaluating execution readiness by the highest value, speed to market and level of complexity.
- Drive process and momentum for key projects using common frameworks, methodologies and standardized practices and approaches.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensure feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan using Workfront application to supervise progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Provide continuous communication between other business unit collaborators and Executive Leadership to ensure full visibility.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans to leadership for timely manner resolution.
- Partner with training and communication teams to ensure appropriate organizational change tools to drive support and adoption of the project or initiative.
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
- Conduct post implementation review of every project to quantify success or opportunities within the initiative.

- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
What are we looking for:
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multifaceted partners
- Familiarity with one or more project management methodologies
- Must be a functional and creative collaborator and project contributor willing to problem-solve with collaborators to address business problems, not just assign and tasks and status
- Ability to master sophisticated projects and understand business priorities to ensure requirements are accurately gathered and projects are structured to ensure consistent project execution and measurement
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to work with secure and confidential information
- Ability to multi-task to meet multiple short-term, business-critical timeframes
- 8-10 years of demonstrated ability
