For the third consecutive year, HGV was named first in the hotel and travel industry on the Foundation\u2019s \u201cBest By Industry\u201d list.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHGV is proud to offer its team members the leading adoption assistance benefit in the industry, and we are honored to be recognized by Dave Thomas Foundation for our efforts,\u201d said Pablo Brizi, executive vice president, chief human resources officer &amp; corporate affairs at Hilton Grand Vacations. \u201cSupporting our team members build their families through adoption supports our mission of Putting People First. At HGV, team members are the heart of what we do, and we are thrilled to offer a robust benefits program, including: adoption assistance, a comprehensive parental leave program, and competitive benefits that begin on the team member\u2019s first day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company offers corporate, hourly and resort-based team members an adoption assistance benefit of up to $10,000 per child to help offset the cost of adoption. HGV also provides 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all eligible U.S. team members who have been with the company for 90 days.
