Position Summary:

Post payments for the Loan Servicing Department (ACH, Credit Card, Lockbox, Wires, Site Monies)
-
Prepare upgrade list to distribute to the loan servicing team for processing. Have a great understanding of the upgrade process and the necessary adjustments between various investors.

Process upgrades and cancellations.
-
Handles escalated calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare Amortization schedules for customer satisfaction (SCRA, posting adjustments)

Balance weekly upgrades and cancellations between various servicing systems
-
Prepare and review check requests to assure accuracy prior to submitting for approval.

Research adjustment requests for accuracy and coordinate posting.

Assist all members of the Loan Servicing staff with daily processes and procedures when required.

Carry out any reasonable request by management which the employee is capable of performing.
Required Qualifications:

Highly proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office products, Must have a good command of Excel functions.

Bank or GL Account reconciliation experience
