We are hiring for a Seasonal Pro Shop Attendant to join our team at Christmas Mountain Village, a Hilton Vacation Club in Wisconsin Dells, WI. In this role, you will be assisting our guests in the Pro Shop while providing amazing customer service.
Job Type: Part-Time
What will I be doing?
- Answer phones and guest’s questions as it relates to ski and/or golf operations.
- Check-in guests and season pass holders, issuing their lift tickets or tubing pass.
- Performing opening and closing procedures that follows the daily checklists.
- Provide exceptional customer service for all our owners and guests.
- May be required to do other duties as requested by management.
What are we looking for:
- Upbeat individual with phenomenal customer service.
- Proficient English language skills.
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds with or without assistance.
Preferred, but not required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience, preferred
- Ski or golf experience, preferred.
