What you’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Hilton Grand Vacations-building trust, creating excitement, and guiding guests toward their dream vacations.
- Deliver engaging, face-to-face presentations in our award-winning sales centers at premier resort locations.
- Build authentic connections with prospective and current owners from all walks of life.
- Offer tailored vacation ownership solutions-no cold calling, all prequalified leads.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through advanced sales and leadership training.

Compensation: $17.85 CAD per hour plus commissions and/or bonuses governed by a compensation plan.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome professionals from all backgrounds and experiences. If you’re passionate, persuasive, and ready to grow, we want to meet you.
- 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred-but we’ll train the right candidate.
- Hight School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to complete our paid training program covering sales strategy, product knowledge, and customer psychology.
- Energetic, resilient, and confident in navigating a luxury sales cycle.
- Comfortable using smart devices and digital tools.
