Participation in the efficient administration of training and development activities for the Club & Owner Services department with primary focus on the training of new hires, additional skills for existing team members, as well as the development and maintenance of communication, with focus on providing comprehensive and ongoing training materials for department team members.
Essential Job Functions:
• Facilitates new hire and skills learning programs and classes.
• Develops and maintains relevant content and high-quality learning resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
• Maintains and updates training materials and job aids, as needed, to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Assists with the Knowledge Base System, in keeping it updated and accurate.
• Promotes a positive “can do” attitude and works as a team player.
• Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now.
• Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
• Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
• Flexibility to work within a multi-functional, customer focused team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills to include proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong multi-tasker able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment and to be available to assist peers as needed
• Willingness to try new techniques and systems and use them to improve facilitation and training skills
