Job Description

As a In House Marketing Rep you would be responsible for:
  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador
  • Act as a concierge and provide local information to enhancer the guest experience.
  • Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining a minimum performance goal
  • Attend scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and keep current on marketing information and materials.  
  • Keep current on industry trends and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually

Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • U.S citizen
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Previous Sales Experience
  • Previous Hospitality Experience
  • A desire for growth
  • A winning attitude
  • Previous timeshare experience is a plus!
