The Mortgage Payment processor is responsible for the processing and reconciling of all loan payments/payoffs received by Direct Mail, Lockbox, Western Union, ACH and Credit Card. This also includes the non cash removal of loans from the Mortgage loan servicing system.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Processing Loan Payments ( Direct mail, Lockbox, Western Union, ACH, Aruba and Credit Card)
- Processing returned items (NSF Drafts, NSf Checks, NSF Western Union payments, Credit Card Declilnes and Misapplied payments).
- Processing refund checks for paid in full loans and overdraft fees.
- Processing CC chragebacks, consistis of research and disputing.
- Processing change forms for non-cash removal of loans in the Mortgage Servicing system: Cancellations, Defaults, Equity trades, Corrections, Bankruptcies, Recalls, Resale/Repurchases, Reinstatements and Settlements.
- Processing and maintaining the CC recurring payments daily file, making sure LSAMS and Payeezy reflect the same amounts.
- Prepare wires to move the funds to the correct investor accounts.
- Prepare and reconcile the daily cash sheet for Accounting.
- Prepare the weekly Deedback report.
- Reconciling payment conditions.
- Collaborate with accounting to reconcile out of balance conditions in daily work.
- Complete special project assigned by Management.

What We Are Looking For:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years mortgage banking, teller, cashiering, bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of Bluegreen Investors. Knowledge of 5 items required for check to be negotiable.
- Servicing System Knowledge and Loan Servicing Knowledge.
- 10-key calculator input and computer system literacy, Excel. Must be detail oriented, strong organizational and data entry skills.
