ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Ensure that all items received are delivered promptly to the appropriate department or individual
- File and interoffice invoices, as needed, of incoming packages, ensuring packages are received and signed for by the appropriate department or individual
- Conduct and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory log and places reorders with various vendor contacts
- Send packages off-island as requested via FedEx
- Account for department charges, pricing, quantities
- Retrieve mail from business center and Resort Ops Office and distribute and transport collateral between properties
- Coordinates inventory orders with multiple vendors for Support Services, Sales, CRM departments
- Sustain a monthly budget for ordering and request approval if needed
- Create and review requisitions and fill orders on multiple ordering systems
- Maintains the off-site warehouse, as needed, and various storage/work areas in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
- Operates company motor vehicle and abides by all local, state, and federal driving laws
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years related work experience
- Valid State of Hawaii Driver’s License
- Able to stand, bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Basic digital literacy: Office Suite
- Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills
- 1 or more years of experience in supply clerk or inventory role
