The Lead Management Project Specialist will be responsible to build a robust infrastructure and process for APAC lead management strategy aligned closely with our business objectives to drive desired outcomes. The specialist works closely with key stakeholders in database management to implement new procedures, processes, and workflows. Laise with S&M leaders to gather/scope business requirements, prepare comprehensive action plans, follow up on open items, troubleshooting, coordinate with other key stakeholders to ensure projects are progressing towards targeted timelines. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop & scale lead management strategy optimizing our infrastructure and processes to build lead generation engine
- Prepare documents to scope business requirements and help facilitate developing processes for new initiatives.
- Summarize business needs/requirements to implement new procedures, processes, and workflows.
- Identifies desired business capabilities/opportunities and business outcomes for business areas.
- Partner with business cross-functional teams to plan new initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into the business capability roadmaps and priorities.
- Identify operational and infrastructure risks within the environment and work with the database management team and infrastructure teams to make corrections and mitigate risks
- Promote collaboration and smooth handovers for business teams to execute once business initiatives are approved and initiated.
- Involved in partnering with business teams to test, troubleshoot, issue resolutions new processes and capabilities
The specialist plays a critical role working collaboratively with business partners across the organization. Superior soft skills are critical to ensure success. These include:
- Building relationships by listening, building rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner within business units, as well as leadership and functional teams.
- Effective communication with all key stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.
- Must demonstrate acumen in business and function disciplines.
- Accepts ownership and provides timely and accurate follow up.
- 1 – 3 years of business experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis
- Familiariaty with information management practices, HGV systems
- Business or Systems Analysis experience with Saleforce
- Ability to read, interpret, analyze or otherwise communicate verbally and in written format
- Data driven approach to Marketing
- High ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standarization exists
- Applies critical thinking skills when assessing situations and solving problems.
- Experience with daily and direct face to face contact with external or internal customers or clients
- 5 years of related experience in lieu of degree

- Analysis experience with enterprise project activity
- Timeshare Business operational experience
- Experience with Database Management/RingCentral CXOne
