Schedule Details:
Our Food & Beverage Department operates 7 days per week – Bartenders will work shifts ranging between the hours of 10:00am through 10:00pm.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies. Keep bank secure at all times
- Maintain complete knowledge and strictly abide by the State: Liquor Regulations
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic beverages available and respective prices
- Keep PARS at bars, requisitioning all alcohol and other needs correctly
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner; positive guest relations
- Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to any guest inquiry
- Anticipate guest needs-respond promptly and acknowledge guest even when busy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned by Manager
- Assist with other related duties as assigned

- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age to meet State Liquor Commission laws to serve alcoholic beverages
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry
- Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverage
- The ability to exert strong physical effort in transporting cases of liquor and beer keg from storeroom to bar
- Able to accommodate a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Proficient in the English language to communicate both verbally and in writing
