Schedule: Full-Time; Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to work varied shifts.
Position Summary:
•Assists in training housekeeping staff, including safety, security, department procedures and service guidelines.
•Assists in scheduling staff according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees.
•Inspect guestrooms and public areas throughout the resort.
•Maintains inventory at appropriate par levels ensure employees have necessary tools and supplies to perform their duties.
•Perform shift associated work such as room assignment, vacant room discrepancy reports, and departure reports.
•Assist in all department meetings.
•Documents and communicate maintenance requests to engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met.
•Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
•Assists in the performance review process.
•Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications
•Minimum of one year of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
•Basic computer skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
•Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to work varied shifts.
•Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. with guests, owners, and team members
