As a Specialist Housekeeping, you would be responsible for:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the resort by using specialized equipment, including auto floor scrubbers, buffers, electrostatic sprayers, burnishers, carpet extractors, encapsulators, steamers, etc.
- Repairing and maintaining all housekeeping carts, vacuums, and other equipment as needed.
- Clean and restore hard floor and carpeted surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, waxing, extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, vacuuming.
- Other duties as assigned.
To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Experience as a Carpet Cleaning Technician or Pressure Washer Operator.
- Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machines.
- Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and complete tasks quickly without compromising quality.
- Capacity to work with little supervision, maintain a high-level of performance, and follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to delivering magnificent service.
- Open availability to work weekends and holidays.
