Audit documents for pledge availability to ensure it meets the proper requirements before pledging to an Investor for Funding. Manage collateral between Hilton Grand Vacations, the various lines of business and products and Custodian.
- Perform review of contracts to ensure contract completeness.
- Verification of all financial terms to ensure eligibility for funding pledge.
- Redaction of any personal identifiable information or bank/cc information when processing files for internal audit.
- Issues identification for any contracts missing documents or having incorrect contract information
- Documenting important issue findings into our system
- Resolution of contract issues not requiring owner communication.
- Responsible for the generation of title and loan policies for states in which Grand Vacations title is a licensed title agent
- Maintaining the flow of collateral between HGV and Custodian (New files being pledged or ineligible files that need to be returned).
- Responsible for the generation of membership certificates related to our non-deeded properties as well as the timely mailing of the certificates to our owners.
- Responsible for the generation and validation of the Loans paid in full report in order to process, execute and file the necessary Satisfaction of Mortgage in public records.
- Timely mailing of Paid in full letters and documents to Borrowers once the satisfaction of mortgage is recorded in public records.
- Responsible for the generation and validation of reports to be distributed to our Developers and Lenders which affect their funding availability.
- Carry out any reasonable requests from management of which the employee is capable of performing.

- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned. • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- Must possess excellent organizational skills
- Must have good written, verbal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Enthusiastic team player
- Must have MS Excel experience with creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:
- Knowledge of the documents required for a timeshare closing
- Access Database experience a plus
