The Supervisor of Housekeeping at Parkside Resort delivers exceptional service to both guests and owners, ensuring a proactive and responsive approach to every concern and inquiry during their stay. This role exemplifies strong leadership, guiding team members with expertise and support throughout each shift. By effectively supervising housekeeping operations—including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces, the Supervisor upholds and improves the resort’s prestigious standards of cleanliness and excellence.
Responsibilities:
•Be responsible for projects and processes, including daily inspections of guest rooms.
•Assist in morning staff meetings and address guest-related room quality issues.
•Train and coach staff daily; follow up on task completion with team members.
•Set daily work assignments to efficiently achieve goals.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen huts and clean guest rooms as needed.
•Perform deep and general cleaning during the non-peak season.
•Read and interpret safety documents and maintenance procedures; effectively connect with guests and staff.
•Demonstrate problem-solving skills and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•Ensure regular attendance as per company guidelines.
•Embody Hilton Grand Vacations values and complete all required training.
•Align with company standards and support other tasks as directed.

•Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise
