What will I be doing?
As an NMJ Confirmations Agent, you would be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Calls and confirms all members, owners, and guests to review the details of their package.
- Verifies all information is correct and guest fully qualified
- Updates all guest lists and notes in Clarity/VOICE to show the most up to date guest information.
- Handles all guest issues as they arise during the confirmation process and performs other related duties as assigned.
- Tracks all members, owners, and guests who no show their tour and call them within two (2) hours to rebook the tour.
- Reviews tour for accuracy in booking, not limited to but including, correct tour time, box code, event coordinator, market program, notes, and off property contact.
Types of Candidates We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent telephone and customer relation skills
- Strong administrative skills; detail oriented.
- Able to meet productivity standards.
