Position Summary:

Review and advise on advertising and marketing collateral and customer communications (digital, print, web, email, video, scripts, paid media, etc.), ensuring consistency with regulatory requirements and internal requirements.

Provide legal guidance to public relations and social media teams on press releases and social posts.

Create and maintain internal guidelines, checklists, business-facing playbooks, and training to support efficient and consistent review processes.

Create or review program rules and programs as needed.

File marketing and consumer collateral with applicable agencies as needed.

Obtain and maintain regulatory licenses and registrations related to marketing and sales as needed.

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships.

Manage multiple matters and deadlines, escalate risks appropriately, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency and consistency

Identify opportunities for simplification, use of GenAI tools, and/or automation
- Must have knowledge of consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property matters as related to business enterprises.

Must pay attention to detail, be highly organized, be able to prioritize work and deal with multiple competing deadlines with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written communication required.

Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in house or law
Preferred Qualifications: 5 to 10 years’ experience with hospitality, timeshare, real estate or consumer marketing
