Join an award-winning Revenue team, recently recognised as HSMAI Europe’s Revenue Management Team of the Year 2025, where you will play a pivotal role in driving performance across the European Hotel Program. As a Revenue Manager you will be responsible for managing rates across an assigned region of properties, ensuring results align with budget expectations through robust reporting and performance tracking. You will regularly review rates and strategies to optimise occupancy, ADR and overall revenue, using key metrics such as YoY performance, RevPAR and cancellation ratios. The role includes supervising the workload, training and development of Revenue Analysts, collaborating with partners, agents, Resort Management, legal and account teams and analysing data to forecast demand, identify historical trends and evaluate competitive activity.
- Being responsible for all rate, strategy and management decisions for the region
- Being responsible for ensuring that Revenue Management is represented on all regional property review calls, internal calls and meetings and at properties
- Ensuring rates and pricing rules are loaded into Clarity through channel manager and onto OnQ and Voice.
- Ensuring rate parity is maintained across all distribution channels
- Independently creating and maintaining adhoc excel based tools using pre-existing offline data sources
- Independently creating and maintaining dashboards on business intelligence softwares such as Tableau, Looker BI and Power BI
- Monitoring booking pace, inventory, occupancy, historical trends and competitive set for assigned group of managed resorts and implementing strategies as a result of this analysis
- Maintaining market intelligence for an assigned group of managed resorts including; competitors, rates, special events affecting demand and seasonal strategies
- Monitoring competitive pricing and analysing the impact of pricing decisions on property performance
To fulfil this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Excellent Maths and English skills
- Significant experience as a Revenue Analyst or within a similar analytical field
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Working with large data sets, conducting data cleansing and aggregation activities
- Creating and maintaining business intelligence reports (Power BI or similiar)
- Regular travel to our UK and European resorts is required so full driving license is required from candidates.
- CRME certification from HSMAI
- Experience in leadership/supervisory
- Knowledge of Hilton OnQ R&I
- Knowledge of SQL/VBA
