リセール・トランジション部に転送されてくるお客様からのお問合せを担当していただきます。業務内容には、新規リセールケースの作成、手続きの進捗状況に関する案内、およびVOICEやSalesforceなどのアプリケーションを参照しながら、書類の完了や修正方法の説明等があります。その他、マネジメントから指示される業務を行っていただきます。

- 複数のアプリケーションやマイクロソフト オフィスソフトウェアなどを使用して、業務関連の書類の作成、保存、整理に関する優れたスキルをお持ちの方
スケジュール
- 土日祝休み
- 通常勤務時間は9:00〜18:00ですが、スケジュールに応じてフレックス勤務も可能です
- オフィス勤務
