As an Action Line Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. You’ll build meaningful relationships, offering them the chance to own a piece of our world-class destinations. This exciting role lets you meet guests face-to-face, spend quality time building rapport, showcase our stunning resort and amenities, and warmly invite them to become part of our family by making a purchase today.

What will you be doing as a Team Member?
- Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Set bold goals and work diligently to exceed sales targets, driving the team’s success.
- Engage in face-to-face sales interactions.
- Benefit from qualified leads provided to you, eliminating the need for prospecting or lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and marketing within luxury goods, face-to-face sales roles, or the service sector is advantageous.
- Proficient in rapport building, value-based selling, negotiating, and closing
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work on weekends and most major holidays
