As the Sales Executive-VIP you are responsible for direct sales of the Company’s sampler package (Vacation Introductory Program) through a structured sales presentation which includes an exit survey conducted on all applicable tours that did not purchase the vacation ownership program during their scheduled tour.
What will I be doing?
- Educate and Sell Vacation Introductory Packages to guests
- Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with the rules
- Make required presentation to guests
- Survey toured guests, gathering their thoughts about Hilton VIP products and presentations
- Meet and maintain metrics for success in this role
- Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Details:
Our Sales Department operates 7 days per week – VIP Sales Executives generally start from 8:30am-8:45am. Paid training is provided. 5 day work week will be assigned following completion of training based on business needs.
Qualifications – What are we looking for?

- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
- Consistent record of adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to resolve complex customer service issues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
