What will I be doing?
As a Part-Time/On-Call Massage Therapist at Cibola Vista Resort and Spa in Peoria, Arizona, you will:
- Provide guests with professional treatments, demonstrating respect and concern for their needs.
- Ensure punctuality by arriving early to prepare for your shift.
- Utilize products efficiently, maintain inventory, and ensure room cleanliness.
- Educate guests on in-home care products and promote the benefits of regular spa services.
- Learn and perform all treatments on the Spa menu.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and spa experiences.
- Build and maintain a regular clientele, promoting member referral and guest programs.
- Keep the treatment room clean and restocked, assist with laundry, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, you must have:
- A current Arizona Massage License and completed education in massage therapy.
- Availability to work any day, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous spa experience is preferred but not required.
- Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to the collective bargaining agreement
