The Senior Sales Training Manager is responsible for driving productivity through Passport to Peak Performance sales processes for Action Line/In-House/Podium Processes. Although in-person classes remain a priority, there is a significant emphasis on virtual training technology skills. This person will provide high level sales training results both digitally and in-person and will focus on performance development of new and existing sales staff within their assigned area.
