Position Summary:
· Conduct sales presentations to resort guest and owners. Maintain high closing percentage rate and efficiencies.
· Attend all sales meetings, training sessions and team functions.
· Understand and perform the “Vacation Counselor” selling philosophy.
· Showing potential buyers/renters the property as needed.
· Shopping for and hosting weekly sales functions at resort.
· Attend resort meetings.
· Communicate effectively using phone and email.
· Create documents including resale listing agreements, contacts for sale and purchase.
· Maintain accurate inventory
· Coordinate offers and listings for follow up
· Calculate and maintain updated CMA information
· Responsible for the communication and update of HGVClub rules and changes
· Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
Required Qualifications:
· Florida Real Estate Sales License
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
· Previous Timeshare experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Self-starter
· Honest and Ethical
· Experience in Timeshare sales
