As a Sales Executive Action Line you would be responsible for:
- Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate self-motivation with a “One Team” mentality, able to work both independently and as a team player with key partners throughout the organization.
- Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
- Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action.
- Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.
- Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.

To cap off Black History Month, the B.E.A.T. TMRG came together with our Orlando Team Members to host a "Sit and Paint" Signature Event at a local Black-owned gallery, 
It was a fun opportunity to express creativity, connect with our community and spend time together outside our normal routines, all of which tie back to HGV's mission of celebrating individuality and inclusion.
