Responsibilities:
• Promoting and selling our premier vacation packages to guests at Great Wolf Lodge
• Engage with potential customers to identify their vacation needs and preferences
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our vacation packages
• Offer concierge services by recommending dining options and attractions, while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through attractive discounted vacation packages to our destinations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service
• Effectively implement Hilton Grand Vacations’ sales techniques to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to share effective processes and foster collective success
Compensation/Benefits:
• $16hr base + uncapped commission (Income earning potential of $85,000 and above)

What Are we Looking For:
• Qualified candidates should have a passion for interacting with guests and a strong desire for career advancement
• A dedication to providing world-class customer service is crucial
• Previous sales experience is preferred
• Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary
• Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a driven spirit
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment is required
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills are essential
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is needed
• A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service is required
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required
• A High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to work on-site at the Great Wolf Lodge
