What Will I be Doing?
The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of groundbreaking products and initiatives, focusing on new products and business models. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic thinker, skilled collaborator, and customer-focused innovator who can translate HGV’s vision into compelling, market-leading products
You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Craft and communicate a rolling 12-month product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
· Leverage user feedback and market insights to prioritize and refine product features, ensuring a balance between user needs and business goals.
· Drive end-to-end product delivery, maintaining a high bar for quality and balancing speed, scalability, and sustainability.
· Connect product outcomes to key business metrics, using data to evaluate opportunities and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
· Anticipate and address stakeholder feedback, build consensus, and effectively escalate when necessary.
· Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create innovative solutions that balance technical feasibility, design excellence, and resource constraints.
· Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now,
· Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
· Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
What Are We Looking For:
Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering dedication to innovation, quality, and continued growth. At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members.
To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
· 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on new product development or innovation.
· Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in complex, customer-centric industries.
· Strong understanding of product management frameworks, including Double Diamond, Lean Startup, and Agile methodologies.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, design, and data.
· Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
· Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:
· Experience in the travel, hospitality, or timeshare industries.
· Knowledge of AI-driven personalization, lead management, and customer experience platforms.
