What will I be doing?
We're seeking a Marketing Guest Experience Representative who possesses a positive attitude and the commitment to extraordinary guest service. In this position, you'll greet guests, provide customer service, general location information, and direct guests to speak with our concierge team located in the lobby of our beautiful resorts. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy starting conversations and have the ability to build a quick connection with people.
As a Marketing Representative you’ll be responsible for driving company success by performing the following tasks:
- Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with our concierge team.
- Advise guests about available services, pointing them to Marketing Desk locations, and sharing promotional material
- Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to participate in resort promotions.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
What are we looking for?

- At least six months of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to work a full shift walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation
